Doctors Hospital not participating in match?

I just saw on their website that Doctor's Hospital is not participating in the match this year for NS. Can anyone offer some insight into this? Are they offering spots outside of the match (I'm not sure if this is even possible), closing down, waiting for the merger or something else?

Not completely positive but from what I've heard it sounds like they are not planning on applying for ACGME accreditation which would mean the program would be shutting down. They would have to graduate the residents they have but wouldn't be taking a new class.

I'm not entirely familiar with the hospital about which you are asking.
