Does 30 to 40 REALLY feel like 60 to 80?

As far as rotating shifts go, how much of your off time (that you spend awake of course) do you guys feel jet-lagged?

30-40 feels more like 40-50. I figure I spend about 10 hours a week adjusting to various shift schedules. 60-80? No way, or I wouldn't be doing this.
