Does a medical school applicant reserve the right to NOT tell med schools that he/she is also...?

I don't know if people actually do this or not. Why would you apply to both? So much work...

My school's pre-health committee only provides the committee letter for one type of school for any given year.

I guess you technically "reserve the right" to not disclose that to schools. That doesn't make it any less stupid of a decision.

Well, I have no idea if my interviewees are applying to MD schools. Or any other professional school.

I have seen plenty of interview feedback where people ARE ask what other schools they're applying to, and even where/if they've been accepted.
