Does AAMC always offer January test dates?

I know there are january 2016 testing dates for the MCAT but is this a common practice for the MCAT or just an exception since this MCAT is new? More specifically, is AAMC likely to have january 2017 test dates as well?

There were MCAT dates in January 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 as well.

So I would say it is likely, but not guaranteed.
