Check out the interview feedback page on SDN and click on the schools you want to know about. There is a list of peoples interview dates on there, most are already interviewing in early and late September...

More helpful would probably be the secondary threads. Check out last year's and sort through the thread until you see when people started getting invites.

Most seem to start offering invites in September and October, however some do so earlier and some later. It really varies widely.
