I was wondering if anyone had a basic idea of the best way to set this up ....I am so burnt out at this point of the process I could use a push in the right direction....Thanks

Be sure to include any updates about anything new that has occurred since your interview.

I agree with the above posters about format. My only tidbits of advice are to really think about what you want to write and be honest....I think it'll come through. Also, be specific. Phrases like "I'll get an excellent education here" and "I'd be a good fit" are meaningless unless you back them up. Good luck
 
Does anyone know who it is best to address this to? Adcom? Dean of Admissions? Also, email or snail mail?
