anyone have a list of pharmacy schools that are typically easier to get into, pcat or non-pcat schools.

If there is such a list, then a majority would be applying to those schools and no one would be applying to the "tough-to-get-in" schools.

I would look up the stats and requirements for each school on PharmCAS and start a list from there.

Generally, newer programs that started within the past 3 years or so (just a guess) would be "easier" to get in, but all pharmacy programs are competitive nowadays.

Oh yes, the greatest ironic question of all. Those that are deemed easier schools to get into with perhaps laxer standards end up having many more people who apply which ends up making the pool competitive anyways. There's no way to win other than to cross your fingers and apply everywhere! Also, you should realize that there are some schools that actually have overlap in applicants. Take the 'best' schools for example - you'll find that everyone ends up applying similarly so the numbers are really diminished in that respect. That doesn't lessen the competition, it just means that everyone will fight for those waitlist spots. It's an awful game really.

i think the closest thing to that is looking at admissions statistics for schools and their average gpa's and etc...but even that doesn't guarentee anything.

ACP (Albany College of Pharmacy) if you transfer into the year 1 or 2 of prepharm.
