probably not, as all my computer science course did not count toward my BCPM, i mean how is bioinformatics different from biomedical engineering (except for the obvious difference)
I think it does. At my school, Bioinformatics are under Biology Department and you basically use computer to analyze protein structures and other functionalities. It is definitely more bio/biochemistry than computer or engineering.
