As an incoming freshman, I took 3 online community college classes. They didn't end up transferring to my school, but I got A's in them. Do they count for my science gpa or did I totally just waste money?

All college classes taken have to be listed when you apply

If it’s on your transcript, it should count.

They will count toward your sGPA. But if they were med school prerequisites, a better question is how many med schools won't care about online coursework being used to fulfill the usual requirements.
