i have mediocre stats in terms of competitiveness, 19 AA, 20 TS, 19 PAT, that i got on the first try

would these look better than someone who had to retake once or twice to get these stats?

To answer your question, probably not. But they do look for improvements.

Those are actually pretty decent stats. I would say slightly above mediocre as well.

No, these scores wouldn't look better. Scores are scores. If they're good, they're good. Just don't take it again and do worse.
