Does May 15th Still hold if You have MD and DO Seat

I'm in at three MD and 1 DO. I've narrowed it down to a DO school and an MD school. I'm assuming that I have beyond May 15th to decide. I actually plan to decide next month. But what's the rule on this?

This is a good question. I may be in this situation and don't know what the rules are. I mean will the MD school know you are still holding onto a spot at a DO school since they are from two different organizations (AMCAS/AACOMAS)?
