does northwestern screen before sending out their secondary?

hey guys...just wondering if you can tell me whether northwestern screens the AMCAS application or not.

I got their secondary before they got my mcat scores. So i figured they did not pre-screen, maybe if they do it's not by mcat?

northwestern does screen (quite heavily i believe). they will give secondaries w/out mcat scores if they like the rest of your app.

i just got my secondary today...i was quite surprised actually because i thought there stats were pretty high.....and my stats are not high...
but anyways...i'm very HAPPY!!!

northwestern gives secondaries to 70% of the AMCAS applicants. they don't interview very many, but they do accept 50% of the interviewees.
