Does Stanford's status check work???

I submitted my amcas on July 10, and Stanford's status check still says they have no record of me. I wonder if they lost my app or something. When I called, the secretary had no idea and was very easily irritated (she definitely needs a vacation).

Anyone else have this problem?

It looks like they haven't updated it in a while. I got a secondary from them and have since completed it, but nothing shows up on my status check.
