Does TBR ever respond to people's e-mails?

call and leave a message. they actually called me back once.

other then that, no luck with emails, and after bombarding them with calls, i did manage to get one person to pick up right before lunch time. :p
 
blackwell you better be joking or else I am f'ed :scared:, wouldn't be surprised though. It seems like they really don't know how to run a business (between the website, shipping, communication, etc.)

Call their office. I have never had a problem getting a hold of them.

They are extremely nice as well.

It's a small company, they put their classroom students as first priority. To be honest though, I did not have much trouble when I ordered their books - just be patient with them, be aware that they are in cali (take the time zone into account), and call during their office hours, be polite to them, and things should go smoothly.

(phone might work better than email)
