Does Texas A&M, or any Texas school, only send out OOS acceptances on 10/15?

I was wondering since Texas has pre-match in November, and with the relatively few number of OOS seats, if they just release all OOS decisions on 10/15?

I am worried because I applied to A&M in early August, and loved it, but haven't heard a peep. Meanwhile there have been a couple of OOS acceptances. I am worried I am out of the running and need to plan accordingly! Anybody have any experience as an OOS Texas applicant?
