Does the AACOMAS system for submitting grades and indicating grade forgiveness make sense to anyone?

So I input all my grades, including the original courses and repeats, then it takes me to another screen that asks me to indicate all courses that are repeats and originals. I do so, but it never asks me to link them together. It doesn't ask me which are repeats for which course. Some courses I took repeats at other universities so they have different names. How is this going to work? I don't have faith in the AACOMAS people knowing which are the repeats for what courses on their own, and I know they're going to screw something up and make me call in and ask them to fix it.

Am I missing something? Does this make sense to anyone else? I don't see how this is going to work. I hope i'm not doing this wrong.

Can anyone who thinks they know what they are doing help a brother out?

Two things. First, when you're submitting your application they will verify everything and you will be notified when this is completed. This is where they go over your whole application, including your coursework, and make any necessary corrections for you. You'd be surprised at their ability to accurately piece together your application with the information you've provided. Second, something I recommend in all of the application related questions that I reply to is to give the AACOMAS Help number a call. The customer service they provide is extremely helpful, and they can provide you with a much better answer than any of us on here. Good luck with your application!
