does the h+atpase in the alpha IC cell secrete K+ in conditions of hyperkalemia?

confused if its this channel, or another channel in the principal cell?

I think There are two ATPases . 1.H+ ATPases and 2. H+- K+ ATPase . The 2nd one is stimulated in hyperkalemia which leads to h+ gain and k+ loss
