hey guys,
does anyone know if upenn has a rolling admission, or one has an equal chance to get in any time we apply there before the deadline??maybe those already in upenn can answer that????i was interviewed last yr, but it was one of the last batches to be interviewed, so ithink that migfht be the reason for my rejection, anyone has any clue abt their admission procedure????now i am late for this year again, shal be able to apply barely before the deadline,so very concerned.
