Should be fine. Just test it out in the area where you intend to conduct the interview to double check lighting etc (avoid white out/black out situations!). With virtual interviews happening as the standard now, interviewers in most places are aware that applicants may have different situations and will not hold it against you. In fact, there is often specific attention paid towards implicit bias to make sure that things like noisy background (for students living in a home where it may not be possible to find a quiet space) do not negatively impact an interviewer's assessment. Buying a 4k camera may be a luxury (are they still sold out everywhere?) for some. People are far more forgiving than you think, given reasonable effort/intent.
