Anyone doing MD residency and also have resolution-42 approved? Should I keep paying my AOA dues as a resident after I got approved? I don't want to give them anymore of my money. The question is will not paying my AOA dues impact when I apply for licensure (for example in the 4 states resolution 42 is needed)?

I just go resolution 42 approved a few months ago, and I no longer plan on paying AOA dues, since I have the official documentation stating my intern year has been AOA approved and I can practice in any state. Screw them, they've sucked enough $$$ out of me, especially for COMLEX.

how did you apply to have resolution 42 approved? Do you have to ask your program director, or is there an online form we can fill out?
