The term Aryan is indeed a confusing one. While the meaning "noble/spiritual" has been attached to it in Sanskrit and Persian, I prefer its usage as an ethnic self-designation of the Proto-Indo-Iranians. But no, there is no way around the women "problem". On the contrary, as my high-school math teacher once said, it would be far easier to eliminate men. All you would need is a bunch of semen in a jar. The real problem then becomes finding someone to open it.
