Let's say a car is moving at 20 m/s. Its engine makes noise.

Typically, speed of sound is 340 m/s. But in the perspective of the car, is the sound shifted?

I could be wrong but I believe TBR Physics II page 26 #19 (see answer explanation) seems to say that the answer is "yes".
