I am interested in reading more about DO's in Emergency Medicine, including residency sites. Does anyone know of any links or books that give in depth information about DO's in this field?
Thank you all very much for your time.

    Hi
We are in the process of creating this web site. It will be mainly targeted at DOs who want to get into an ACGME residency. I will start my EM residency at univ of IL in July....

The outline of this site can be found on http://www.oneida.org/nrmp/osteonrmp.html

From military medical experiences, I have seen quite a few D.O.s who have built a tremendous reputation for themselves in the ER. Much of their in depth muscloskeletal knowledge comes into play in ER settings, especially in the military. It is unfortunate that I cannot refer you to a particular book, as most of what I know regarding your inquiry comes from life experiences, not books. I hope that someone else can refer you to a book. Good Luck.
