Are only the inner arms affected in both single and double crossovers?

D is flat out wrong because if 2 arms are affected in double crossover, the centromere will also be involved. That's impossible.

Edit: and there's no "inner" arm. The only rule is that crossover cannot be between 2 arms of the same chromosome.
