This is from the micro path 1998 paper,
Uncomplicated healing of a wound by secondary intention, observed microscopically at 3 days,is most likely to show evidence of which of the following?
mature cicatrix
keloid formation
granulomatous inflammation
lack of acute inflammation
ulceration of the epithelial surface (ANS)
Could anyone plz explain why it is the right answer? Thanks in advance..!

the above answer is right--- becoz during the first day acute inflammation ll occur ,after that healing starts.on 3rd day ulceration of epithelial tissues take place in the healing stage to cover the wound...after some days granulomatous tissue forms as it is sign of chronic inflammation..after the wound totally healed cicatrix or scar is formed at the end.
hope it helps.
