Because we all know how well Medicaid pays...

I had my rake out last week so I could handle the $34 Medicaid sent me to cover April's billings.
 
If you see patients every 2 minutes you can make a lot doing Medicaid.

I doubt he only sees Medicaid. There is a cash-pay element that goes along with this type of practice that is extremely profitable. Also, there can be kickbacks - either in cash or drugs - that can make the doctor very happy.

Throw in some TPIs at each visit and bill them as paravertebral nerve or joint injections and it gets very profitable indeed - even at Medicaid rates.
