It's because this isn't dressler's syndrome...

This is just inflammation induced by the immune response after an MI, as neutrophils and then macrophages make their way to the wound. Dressler's syndrome takes weeks to develop.

Yup. Per Pathoma, fibrinous pericarditis develops 1-3 days post STEMI, while Dresslers is many weeks later and is autoimmune.
