I called, and they said they're going to start sending secondaries out next week...

Actually they have already started sending them out since I received one on Wednesday.

the secondary has a character limit of 600 for the various questions...
are you guys taking this to mean with or without spaces? I know it's a silly question especially since we print and mail in a hard copy, but i was just wondering if i need to cut down my answers. They're a little over 600 (WITH spaces).

I am going to bank on WITH SPACES since almost all the secondaries I've filled out have that stipulation. But will they count it if you go over (since we do have to mail them in)? I don't think so. Just don't pull like 800 characters and you should be fine.
