I am a second year medical student looking for a apt.-mate (preferably male) to share an apartment in East Falls by the Drexel Medical School (Queen Lane) campus for $475 per month. I currently have the apartment furnished. The lease can be signed on April 31st so I am trying to line up a roommate before then. The two bedroom apartment has one bathroom and it is very good condition. Utilities are not included but are not too expensive and generally run $50 a month for gas, water, and electric. Internet access is split among the complex and there is television included. If you are in the Philadelphia area I can show you the place if you are interested.
