drexel waitlist

So I was put on the wait list at drexel.
Being that drexel is my #1 choice, I am a little disappointed.
Does anyone out there have an idea as to what the turnover rate is?
What should I do in the meanwhile?

i was waitlisted as well in december. Seems to me with the amount of people that get interviewed, seems like getting in through the waitlist would be a miracle but hey, miracles do happen
