Hello everyone,
Does our driver's license still count as a valid form of identification when checking in at the test site? or do I need to get myself a REAL ID?

And is it okay if the magnetic strip on the back of the ID is a little chipped?
Not sure at what point the testing center will consider something damaged.

A driver's license is a government issued ID so it will work just fine, and as long as the card isn't missing physical pieces it should be fine.

Never hurts to be careful. Waiting at the DMV is an excellent time for flashcards.
