Hey guys slightly freaking out because I got my step 2ck score back today, and it's not good as I thought/was doing on practice exams.
I am interested in Internal Medicine and have passed all my exams on the first attempt. 4th quintile in the first two years. My Step1 score was 234 and just got my step 2ck score which was a 232. I was so disappointed and think it was mostly because I didn't give myself enough time to study. I want to apply to to university hospitals especially out of state ones (I live in Michigan) because I want to specialize afterwards but just wanted to know what my chances are. Will definitely apply broadly though because I want to be realistic. Do you guys think this is a red flag or will affect my chances of matching?
