drug database for my computer?

I want to be able to have a drug database on my computer that i can search whenever i want - without being connected to the internet. I'd like to be able to type in "diabetes" and come up with all the drugs that have diabetes as an indication. I'm sure there's something out there like this, but i'm too lazy to research it so I guess I'll just ask the kind folks at SDN . Anyone have an suggestions?

Also, i know there are programs like this for PDA's. What are they?

Not exactly what you're looking for, but you can get PDR on a PDA for free from the PDR website. My library was also pretty helpful in setting me up with some decent PDA applications that do some of the things you're talking about (e.g., First Consult for PDA).
