Ok, I can't find any instructions on Duke's requirements for LORs and I see only a single field for me to enter my LOR information in on their online application. So does Duke only want one LOR?
No, after you enter that first LOR, the page will change to a table listing that first LOR and a few blanks where you can add more.
I feel my time would be better spent in preparing for my interview coming up for one of my top choice schools (UTSW and Baylor when they finally invite me to interview).
Hmm, Duke's secondary is just too long. I am debating on whether I should apply or not. It took me nearly a month and a half to do my AMCAS essay and I just can't turn these 6 essays around in a reasonable amount of time before school starts. Duke seems REALLY research heavy and that's not really my goal as a physician. Does anyone have any opinions about their curriculum? Cramming all the basic sciences in one year seems pretty stressful to me.
I just don't think this school is a good fit for me. I feel my time would be better spent in preparing for my interview coming up for one of my top choice schools (UTSW and Baylor when they finally invite me to interview). Plus, moving out of state and paying really high tuition when my job is most likely going to be primary care seems like a bad idea.
What do y'all think?
