Anyone called Duke and tried to submit LORs without having two science professors? I have a committee letter from my undergrad institution but I don't have two science faculty members who wrote letters. Do they make any exceptions?

Yes, if you have a committee letter they accept that in place of any requirements they state. If the computer system is giving you trouble, just call the admissions office.
