1. Anyone can be violently silenced or "have an accident"
2. Doctors are considered lower than house pets in both countries

Another " dumb " Russian doctor Alexander Kagansky fell out his window . Kagansky worked on the Covid vaccine. Oh and this dumb Russian guy accidentally stabbed himself while .... while he "tripped on a banana peel" .... while he fell out of his window .
