I know that in some states, it used to be that in the PharmD program, after you completed all the requirements (intern hours, clinicals, etc.) for state boards you could sit for the NAPLEX and if you pass, then function as a pharmacist during your last year of PharmD rotations.
Has this been done away with now that no college still graduates a BS of Pharmacy? I could find no evidence that any state still supports it, but I am a guy who would like to take the job by the horns early.
