Greetings,
I have a few years to think about this, but I may wish to go toward my homeland for residency/fellowship (NJ/NY). I was wondering if someone could guide me to a useful resource for looking at the different internal medicine rotations and cardiology fellowships offerred in the New Jersey/Philly/NYC region. I know quite a bit about NYC and Philly, but don't know so much about programs offerred in NJ. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
