I am filling out the activities/work form in amcas and I noticed that there is no place to put the day of the month or contact telephone # or email although those critieria was listed in the worksheet. Is this normal?
edit: also, how come the activities are arranged randomly? I filled them in the order I wanted them to be displayed in, but they have become jumbled up.
