Is there any way we can save our work/activities section in word or pdf? or print to show to others?? thanks!!

On the main page, click on Print application. Then go to Print setup and print the pages of the EC section.

thanks a lot... One more question: For the "contact's title" what if the person has many titles like professor, director of a program, what do we use? Can someone give some examples please? thanks

Pick the more relevant one. An associate professor may be "program director for honors," and with regards to an honors project, that title will hold a lot more meaning. Just use your common sense for that stuff.
