Hey everyone! Okay so I am seeing a lot of people post about EC's and I'm just really curious on what you did and how you accomplished that. I really hardly have anything besides shadowing a few doctors here and there. I'm a Sophomore in college and really need advice! Thanks again!

Begin by joining a club or something that interests you.

why don't you have time? How do you spend your time? Do you do anything besides work and study?

i worked for an after school program and had a great time doing so

Check out your local houses of worship for volunteering opportunities.

try being a Big Brother/Sister

try Habitat for Humanity

try local EMT/ambulance services.

try camps for sick/disabled children

try local clinics/hospice/nurising homes

try your school's pre-med club (if there is one) for ideas
