Education questions on Pharmcas question

Hi Guys,

How do you guys explain the part "how education helps you to achieve your goal?"
I don't really understand the question. I wrote about how I love biochemistry and how hard I study for the pre-pharmacy classes. My friend recommended me to talk about what I get out of education such as: teamwork, leadership (maybe), time management, independence, etc. What do you guys think?
