Looking at the list of unfilled GPR's in NY, seems like there are a lot of unfilled spots. Do you think the rule change - requiring residency for licensure in NY - will change the competiveness of these programs next year?

The outcome studies from Delaware which started their requirement in 1940... showed no change in people appling for licensure.. if anythiong an increase. There was also no great change in applicants for residency... but we are small... With NY, I would expect more applicants, but any residency will count, so they may want to spend the year before practice in another location.
