Eid Mubarak!!! everyone.
 
Even though I am not Muslim I would like to say "Allah yubarak feek!" . We are all brothers and sisters here on SDN. and it is important that we all support each other whether it be a time of need like taking our boards or in time of troubles like the Pakistani Earthquake disaster, or the senseless bombings and train reck in India, or more importantly in time of joy especially to those who did better on their exams and those who are having holidays like Muslims, Christians, Jews and Hindu. I wish all of you peace love and happiness and most of all a safe holiday for all your families here and abroad.

As i finished my studies from Bangalore, I remember we used to have big lunch on EID at our dental school.The muslim students were the main to organize this lunch and we provide the helping hands. Biryani was the main item for this eve. Thats how I learned to make Biryani.Everyone plays some role in cooking biryani as it was a big feast, and then Faculty and the students get together for the lunch. I really enjoyed and miss the Biryani.

I LOVE BIRYANI ! My mom didn't know how to do it (i'm egyptian).
Do you have a good recipe for that ? I'll try and make it myself.
Although it is a highly unprofessional topic, it tastes delic to me ! Better than all the NBDE this and DDS that ! Let's eat.
But really, I would appreciate it if you can post a good recipe for biryani ! Heck, let's start a new thread for it ! 🙂

JUST GO TO ANY PAKISTANI OR INDIAN STORE AND BUY ``SHAAN BIRYANI MESALA`` YOU WILL FIND RECIPE ON IT .

BY THE WAY I WAS READING ABOUT TUTANKAMON `S LIFE , ESPECIALLY MRI SCAN OF HIS SKELETON IT IS VERY INTERESTING. EGYPT HAS GOT GREAT HISTORY.

He came into power at the age of 9 ! Can anyone believe that ? King of Egypt @ 9 yrs old ! Now thats a great resume builder ! 😉
You also might be surprised to learn that he only ruled Egypt for 9 years (he died at 18 yrs old). But i'm afraid that Egypt today is far from that glory, thanks to our president which has been in power for 23 years now, and winning elections by a %99 margin. That's because no votes count except those of his cabinet members. He just got re-elected for a 6 year term (he is 76 now).
I wonder what TUT would have to say about that !
