Einstein vs. Penn State for the MD/PhD. Uconn or dartmouth too?

I was wondering if anyone could give me information about whether Einstein or Penn state (not Upenn) is better for the MD/PhD program. How does Dartmouth and UConn compete? I've been to the schools and am now having trouble deciding where to go because the program is 7 years. Any feedback.

Well, Dartmouth is the only one that's not MSTP. That's a start, I guess.

Einstein has a huge research program. I am never aware of Penn state, Dartmouth or Uconn being research powerhouses.
