The book , EK bio 1001, was made in 2003, so do you guys think the High yield facts are still useful for 2012 MCAT or outdated.
I was going to write the high yield facts on flashcards to study.

I would just read EK's MCAT biology manual. It's concise (as far as MCAT prep books go) and it teaches you how to think about the biology material in the MCAT way. By strictly memorizing you may not apply your knowledge in the way that is necessary for success on the MCAT. A fair amount of memorization is still involved, just don't strictly use flash cards.

Thanks, I will not make the flash card and stick to reading the Ek bio and listening to the Osmosis CD's.
