Do you guys think this question is something we can expect from the AAMC? The correct answer was B but I think both B and C are correct. In addition to the strand complementary to the cDNA that was made by conventional PCR, there would also have to be strands produced complementary to that which would have the same sequence as the cDNA template (unless you only used 1 primer or only did 1 cycle, which to me does not constitute "traditional PCR").
