I've been practicing CARS using EK101 from 2002, however, I'm not sure if I can use the practice tests to gauge my progress.

For example, I've consistently been getting 1 wrong per passage, and EK says that equates to an 11 (old) or 128 (new). Given that this was made for the old mcat (taking into account that the question types may have changed & NS passages are gone), can I roughly assume that I'm at a 128 level for the new MCAT or is there no way to know until I do AAMC FLs?

Basically, I'm asking if my scores on the old EK101 tests roughly correlate to how I would score on an actual MCAT CARS section.

No -- third party materials from 20 years ago do not roughly correlate to anything today.
