Electives for International Med. Students

Does anyone know of hospitals in/around Hazard or Whitesburg, Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio that accept International Med. Students for electives during 4th year? If you have had experience at a hospital near these areas, please tell me what it was like. Also, if you know a good website to search for electives, let me know.
