electives in europe

Hello everybody
I'm studying medicine at a medical school in Peru and as this are my last vacations, I'd like to make a rotation in Europe (either Italy or Spain...or wherever I can speak English, Spanish or Italian).
I wonder if any of you know a University in Europe that accepts foreign students for electives
I would appreciate if you can help me
